Bishop Dr. Carlton Facey is the Presiding Prelate of Greater Highway Deliverance Temple Canada. He studied at the Institute of Biblical Studies and he holds a Bachelor’s in Theology, Master’s in Ministry, as well as a Doctorate in Divinity. He is a certified Fuel and Electrical Mechanic with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineer and owned and operated his own business until transitioning into full-time ministry.

Bishop Carlton Facey acknowledged and embraced the call of God on his life for Kingdom service. As a passionate and influential figure, he availed himself to teaching and preaching the Kingdom agenda, and demonstrating unconditional love for the people of God. He is enriched and gifted with the Prophetic ministry and has a firm commitment to the mandate of Christ, and the vision of the church.

Bishop Facey founded Redemption Apostolic Temple Inc., where he was ordained a Pastor under the leadership of Bishop Liston Page, Sr., the Presiding Prelate of the Greater Highway Deliverance Temple Ministries (GHDT), New York. Out of that emerged Redemption Church International, formerly Greater Highway Redemption Ministries (GHRM) as well as the GHRM Youth Development Training Program. In 2007 Bishop Facey was duly consecrated to the episcopal office of Bishop. In 2015 he was appointed the presiding Prelate of Canada and executive board member of GHDT. He is also a member of the Joint College of African American Pentecostal Bishops.

Bishop Facey serves as a board member for Faith Health Initiative and a chairman for the Black Youth Help Line. He is also the founder and presiding prelate for the International Council of Bishops and Pastors. Along with shepherding Redemption Church International, he is also a chaplain; certified General Practice Psychotherapist, Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Diplomate Certified Psychotherapist and Counsellor. He is a member of the Canadian Christian Clinical Counsellors Association. Also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, Bishop Carlton Facey is an Internationally Respected Speaker. He has traveled through Europe, the Caribbean, and North America.

In his minimal free time, he loves to read and write and specializes in leadership and episcopacy, He is a forever student and knowledge seeker and enjoys researching information. He presently completed studies in immigration law and is a licensed Immigration consultant.

Bishop Facey is an appointed Distinguished Ambassador representative to the United Nations.

Bishop Dr. Carlton Facey is married to Pastor Naomi Facey and they have five children and six grandchildren.
